Customers choosing DHL 4 Day Delivery service should note that their package can be tracked via DHL through to their local United States Postal office. The final leg of the shipment will be provided by the United States Postal Service. Please note that Saturday delivery is possible with this shipping type. 2nd Day via DHL Your order will be shipped via DHL 2nd Day Delivery. We will notify you by email with tracking details for your shipment once your purchase has been sent. This delivery option is guaranteed; you will receive your purchase no later than 3PM on the fifth business day after your order begins to be produced. Express Overnight via DHL Your order will be shipped via DHL Overnight Express Delivery. We will notify you by email with tracking details for your shipment once your purchase has been sent. This delivery option is guaranteed; you will receive your purchase no later than 3PM on the third business day after your order begins to be produced. *Please note these two important point regarding 2nd Day and Express Delivery: 1) In the event that an article in your order cannot be produced because we do not have your chosen size or color available, our Customer Service team will make every attempt to contact you by email or by telephone to suggest alternative choices. Should we not be able to contact you in time to ensure that your order ships within the time frame of your guaranteed shipment, we will use our best judgment to replace the product.
